[edit] Penelope EP/Plan to Take Over the World

Okay, I can't find any kind of evidence that suggests which EP the tracks appear on, nor any that the Plan to Take Over the World EP even exists.. can anyone point us in the right direction?

Was Travis in the band at this time? Because there only seems to be one guitar and it sounds like Claudio to me.
