Where does it say that Biff is gay and that Chip is straight?

[edit] Re: Biff and Chip
The show never says that Biff is gay and that Chip is straight, but it's somewhat implied like Smithers in The Simpsons, but Biff's sexuality is never confirmed. I think that part of the article should be removed.

- It's a running gag like it is wherein which they imply there's something "more" betwixt Lenny and Carl's friendship in The Simpsons. More to the point, it's just a cartoon. DrWho42 17:14, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] ...
"The Oblongs are portrayed as a generally happy family and usually display good values." - Is this a joke? -Silence 21:21, 21 January 2006 (UTC)
Pickles certainly doesn't have good values. Politician818 02:08, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
- Pickles absolutely has good values. She does all sorts of things for her family, and is not a bad mother. Smoking, drinking, and sexing up the place do not equal bad values. Search4Lancer 02:01, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
- Lancer, in your opinion, they don't. In my opinion, they do. Not the sexing up, though. She only has sex with her husband, and there's nothing wrong with that. But the constant drinking goes against traditional values. Since the term "values" is entirely subjective, I made a compromise. I said that the Oblongs have better values than the Hill people. I think that it's arrogant for "free spirited" people to say that traditionalists can't dictate what "good values" are, yet they can. Politician818 02:31, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
- You have no right to say any such thing about me. Somebody needs to take you down a few notches. Search4Lancer 17:44, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
- Actually he does have the right to say anything he wants about you, but that's different matter. Rsm99833 17:58, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, he doesn't. This isn't America, this is Wikipedia, and we have rules here against personal attacks. Maybe you should read up on them. Search4Lancer 23:22, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
- Well, I'm looking over the talk page, and I'm not seeing any obvious personal attacks. Could you state or direct what you feel are personal attacks?Rsm99833 00:06, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
- Rsm99833 - Check the Incident board for specific changes. Search4Lancer 15:30, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The Mayor
I have noticed that the character called Johnny "The Mayor" Bledsoe is missing in the latter episodes, and at the start of the series HE is the father of the Debbies, while later when he vanishes, Mr. Climer is their father. What's the deal with this? It's not mentioned in the article either.
The Debbies aren't related. They're just all exactly the same. They have different parents. The Mayor is one. Mr. Climer is another.
Hmm...and they say that the valley is the place with all the polluted mutations? Well thanks for clearing that up. It was quite confusing.
[edit] Hey, that's interesting.
Were Biff and Chip conjoined in the womb? Because aren't conjoined twins always identical? Are Biff and Chip identical, cause don't they have different colored hair? If they're identical, then I guess that a message of the show is that you aren't born gay. Cause if people are born gay, then both twins would have to be gay. LOLPolitician818 22:35, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
- 1. You're reading too much into the show. It's a goddamn cartoon... 2. The gay comment is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Neither of them is gay (RTFA), so there was no reason for it. And even so, if one of them was gay, I severely doubt that that would be a 'message of the show.' Once again, reading too much into it. Search4Lancer 01:53, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
You're not too bright. It's obvious that I was being somewhat tongue in cheek. How about I write LOL after a tongue in cheek comment then, so you can get it? Also, Biff is gay or at least unsure of his sexual "orientation." His diary reveals him obsessing about his coach while they're naked in a bathtub or spa together. Maybe they got conjoined for different reasons, as in that weird Family Guy episode where Cleveland and Quagmire got conjoined. Politician818 02:37, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
Lance, using bad grammar and signing with a pentagram don't make you cool. Politician818 17:40, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] 17 vs. 14 Episodes
Which is the correct number..? In the Infobox it states 17, whereas the episode listing downbelow therefrom the Adult Swim website lists 14. DrWho42 17:18, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Episode List
I'd love to help anyone expand on the episodes. I can provide screenshots, quotes, things of that nature. Leave a message on my Talk page if you're interested. Mitch 06:02, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Headline text
13 original episodes According to Angus Oblong's site (he's the creator of the series), there were only 13 episodes. This is repeated on several other sites.

[edit] Oblongs Episodes and Deleting of False Rumor
There are 13 episodes according to my Oblongs DVD Box Set :D
I am also deleting the rumor about Oblongs Coming back.
In 2006, Casanova Shamdil announced that he will be bringing back The Oblongs with his independent production company, Creepy productions.
Cassanova Shamdil gets 4 google results.
