Does anyone care to elaborate? I'm noticing nothing that seems to indicate this in the description (or even exactly what it means). Meanwhile, it also alludes to this in the Arkham comic, though the entry for such notes the Mad as opposed to the Joker. I think it needs to be cleared up or explained. --AWF
