WARNING MASSIVE SPOILER
In expanding the synopsis I dropped the part about the patient, Sandra, being decapitated before giving birth, since that's, like, the "final twist" which is the whole point of reading the story, a la a Twilight Zone episode. Any thoughts? --209.149.235.254 20:18, 22 Apr 2004 (UTC)
