In view of the number of establishments called The Belmont Hotel (and all, presumably, having a right to be featured on a page with this title), I suggest we rename this page to Belmont Hotel, Sidmouth.

A Google search on "the belmont hotel" (in quotes) returns about 48,500 pages, many of which are not in Sidmouth.

Objections, anybody?
