Image:The KLF - What Time Is Love? (Live at Trancentral).jpg

[edit] Summary

Cover of What Time Is Love? (live at trancentral). Copyright KLF Communications.

Record cover to illustrate the article about the recording, The KLF discography, and the relevant period in the history of The KLF. Although the picture is subject to copyright I (Kingboyk) feel and assert that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  • it is a low resolution copy of an LP cover;
  • it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the LP in any way;
  • no free alternative is available;
  • it's use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album listings across the world wide web;
  • it's low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on a CD or LP.
