Duces 'N Trayz: The Old Fashioned Way is a 2001 album by Snoop Dogg Presents tha Eastsidaz. The album has exclusive special guest appearance by Lil' Mo for her first time collaboration with Snoop (It was followed by Snoop's cameo on her gangsta remix). It is also the only Snoop Dogg album with Swizz Beatz producing a track. It is also the debut for Snoop as an official video director for the single I Luv It with Chris Robinson as a co-director (aside of the "Midnight Love" video from the Doggumentary DVD and "Moet" from Snoop Doggs Buckwild Bus Tour). Another track called Crip hop was part of the Baby Boy soundtrack. I Luv It is also the one and only chart entering single with his 57th position on the Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks' list. Duces 'N Trayz is the longest Snoop album recorded so far.
The album had peaked the Billboard 200 at 4th place and stayed on the chart for 9 consecutive weeks. It peaked at number 15 the previous week on the Canada Top 50 Albums Chart for 4 weeks in a row. It was certificated Gold on 11.March, 2002. It is probably the last Eastsidaz release by Snoop because the group has split irrevocably since Tray Deee was condemned to a 12-year sentence in prison (although Snoop quit before, and the two members left were planning to release their own Eastsidaz album entitled Statues & Limitations, the project was never finished [1]).
