[edit] Song information

"That's the Way It Is" was written and produced by a team who worked with Britney Spears and the Backstreet Boys at that time. Céline sang it live with 'N Sync, during her CBS Special (1999). She also performed it at the end of her Let's Talk About Love Tour. Dion promoted the song during various TV shows, including the 1999 Billboard Music Awards. She also sang it in 2002 on different occasions.

Album version of this song was included later on The Collector's Series Volume One compilation. Several club remixes were created by the Metro. Some pressings of the single included the song "I Met An Angel (On Christmas Day)," a non-album track.
