Señorita Rodriguez is the Spanish teacher of Chelsea Daniels, Eddie Thomas, and Raven Baxter. She is also the head of the "Bayside Barracudian Newspaper", the Drama Club teacher, the advisor of the "Bayside Outdoor Club", and "FLUB" (Future Leaders United in Business) Club. She is often cracking jokes, and retailers say she takes too many freebies. She has appeared throughout the majority of episodes of the show. When she is in a conversation with someone and gets the person's hopes up with positive responses, she says NO with a negative tone - her catchphrase.
Mr. Lawler, played by Wesley Mann
Mr. Lawler is the cross-eyed teacher of Raven, Chelsea, and Eddie. He was their English teacher in season one, but became principal later on in the show. He puts heavy emphasis on the letter "p", spitting when saying it,appeared in Seasons 1-2 and then was never heard from again.
Ms. DePaulo, played by Amy Hill
Ms. DePaulo is a science teacher at Bayside. She was first seen in the episode Smell of Victory where she paired Raven with Ben Sturky as science partners for a big project. She is an experienced bowler. Ms. DePaulo also looked after the Bayside Student Store, in episode "They Work Hard for His Honey". Edie is her favorite student.
Ms. Valentine, played by Karly Rothenberg
Ms. Valentine is Sydney's second grade teacher and is also in charge of the Bayside Community center for the kids. She got Eddie, Raven, and Chelsea to start clubs with the kids. She was introduced in season four and appeared in three episodes, "Raven, Sydney, And The Man", "Sister Act", and "Rae of Sunshine".
Mr. Petracelli, played by Ernie Sabella
Mr. Petracelli was Raven, Eddie, and Chelsea's History teacher in season one. He appeared in just two episodes ("Mother Dearest" and "Escape Claus"). He occasionally cracks his neck in a weird, disgusting way. He is very spiteful to his students and is portrayed as having a security like detector implanted in his brain, which detects the negative things his students do. He had played Santa Claus in the Christmas episode "Escape Claus" in which he was taking a day off from school to play Santa Claus and caught Eddie, Raven, and Chelsea cutting school for a necklace Raven needed to get. It ended up being the real Santa Claus who caught Raven and her friends dressed up as Mr. Petracelli. He ended up giving Raven a gift that would make her go back in time to change the past at the end of that episode.
Mr. Grozowtski, played by Stuart Pankin
Mr. Grozowtski was Raven, Chelsea, and Eddie's English teacher in season two. He only appeared in two episodes ("Out Of Control" and "The Lying Game"). He is often clumsy and forgets things. In the episode "Out Of Control", he had misplaced the book reports of his class, which he was suppose to grade. In "The Lying Game"", he had mismatched the students' career placement tests.
Dr. Harry S. Stuckerman, played by Steve Hytner
In the most recent season, Dr. Stuckerman is the principal of Bayside. Dr. Stuckerman makes many rules, mainly regarding the dress code and mostly referring to Raven. In the episode "Soup to Nuts", it is revealed that he has a bad back, but when he tripped on Raven's beads and fell on it, his whole spine was realigned and cured. In that same episode, Raven had a vision that he would quit, but due to his back being cured he decided to stay, saying that he would "be around making rules for a long time". He also appears in the episode "Teacher's Pet".

[edit] Students at Raven's School

Danny Warren, played by Ben Ziff
Danny is Chelsea's boyfriend. He's known Eddie since the third grade and became Chelsea's boyfriend in season three and four. Because of her ditziness, Chelsea often forgets his name. He appeared in two episodes ("Save the Last Dance" and "When 6021 met 4267").
Ben Sturky, played by Joshua Harto
Ben Sturky is a character from season one who had a crush on Raven. He had a terrible body odor because he never took a shower (or sparsely, considering his "alias", Stinky Sturky). He beat Chelsea for class president.
Devon Carter, played by Lil' J
Devon Carter is Raven's boyfriend. He used to have braces and bad acne, but after he had his braces removed and his face 'cleared up', Raven and Alana were both fighting to be his girlfriend. He became Raven's boyfriend eventually, and continued to be after he moved to Seattle. Although he and his family moved to Seattle, he still sees Raven occasionally (when his father visits San Francisco on business trips). His favorite food is egg rolls.
Alana, played by Adrienne Bailon
Alana was the snobby rival of Raven Baxter, finding pleasure in teasing and bullying Raven. She hanged out with her bullying posse, Loca and Muffy. She was introduced in season two. It was revealed in the episode "Run Raven Run", Alana and Raven were once friends back in elementary school, but a fourth grade play had them both competing for the role of the tooth fairy (which Raven got while Alana portrayed tooth decay) would ruin their friendship. Alana and Raven almost became friends when Raven joined Alana's posse (in the episode "Clothes Minded") when Chelsea and Eddie did not stand up with her. Alana and her posse spent the night at Raven's house (in the episode "Shake, Rattle, and Rae") and almost became friends again until Alana said the score was 1-0. She was replaced in season three by Bianca, and "was so bad that she was sent to military school".
Muffy, played by Ashley Drane
Muffy is a member of Alana's (and, later on, Bianca's) posse. She usually recorded everything for Alana, and later for Bianca. She is known to be obsessed with the fictional boy band "Boyz in Motion". She took over as Raven's foremost enemy when Bianca left.
Loca, played by Andrea Edwards
Loca is a member of Alana's (and, later on, Bianca's) posse. She is tough and did the "bad work" for Alana (and then Bianca). She is a tall girl who nobody likes to mess with. She is also romantically interested in Eddie; she likes to give him arm punches every time she sees him. Like Muffy, she is obsessed with "Boyz in Motion". She has also shown compassion for Raven in the season two episode Boyz In Commotion.
Bianca, played by Erica Rivera
Bianca took over as Raven's enemy when Alana was sent to military school and became Raven's new rival. She apparently was so bad she was kicked out of military school. She only appeared in two episodes in season three ("Boyz In Commotion" and "Gettin' Outta Dodge") and disappeared thereafter, being replaced by Muffy.
Chantel, played by Drew Sidora
Chantel is Eddie's girlfriend. She is known to eat a lot, despite her thin appearance. She broke up with Eddie, then later got back with him. She appears in four episodes (all in season 3), "Psychic Eye For The Sloppy Guy", "They Work Hard For His Honey", "Mismatch Maker", and Save the Last Dance.

[edit] Students at Cory's School

The Juicer, played by Dan Mott
The Juicer is a guy at Cory's school who bullies the other students. He has flunked the 7th grade four times. He steals all the students' lunches: If he likes them, he'll eat them, but if he doesn't, he'll "juice" them. If the fellow students don't do what he says, then he "juices" their heads.
It is said he can get the "juice" out of anything, which is proven when he squeezes the "juice" out of a basketball on the episode "Mad Hot Cotillion". He appears in the season 4 episodes :"Juicer Consequences", "Mad Hot Cotillion", and "Teacher's Pet".
Larry, played by David Henrie
Larry is one of Cory's best friends and is Jewish. He is the guitar player in Cory's band (Cory and the boys). He also has a yellow sweater he wears all the time during the winter and he is part of a group that teaches proper manners. He is also known to be Over-Worried, and weird.
Cindy, played by Jordyn Coleman
Cindy is Cory's girlfriend and is a bright student. She and Cory thought that since they were going to different junior high schools that they should see other people, and she started dating another boy, Tyler–Cory went out with another girl, Brittany; however, Cory and Cindy later got back together.
Madison, played by Rhyon Nicole Brown
Madison is Cindy's best friend. She also dislikes Cory and likes to call him "a big dummy". She also came in between Cory and William's friendship when she wanted Cory to drop William as a friend so that he could be popular and hang out with her, but Cory didn't want to and dropped her as a friend instead, leading her to dislike Cory. She was introduced in season two and appeared in three episodes, "Blue in the Face", "When In Dome", and "The Four Aces".

[edit] Others

The Boyz in Motion are a popular boy band comprised of Ricky, Tre, and JJJ (he states that the third 'J' is silent). In that episode, they spent a couple of nights at Raven's house because of all the chasing fans. Raven later got them to perform at an annual concert at Bayside. Ever since then Raven and "The Boys" have been close friends. In the episode "Be Prepared", Raven caused them to break up, then come back together for a music video Donna Cabonna was doing for Maria Shriver.
William, played by Frankie Ryan Manriquez
William is one of Cory's best friends. He is known to be very smart and loves ducks, afraid of girls, and can play the clarinet and piano. He invents many different gadgets during different episodes like the remote controlled refrigerator opener. It has been said that William is younger than Cory but it is not known how much younger. In season four William is replaced with Larry because Cory was moving to middle school and it was believed that Frankiw Manriquez looked to young to be in middle school. His character was also believed to be at least one grade younger than Cory. He did, However, appear in a recent episode, with Cory & The Boys.
Leonard Stevenson, played by James Micheal McCauley
Leonard Stevenson is an old cooking rival of Victor's. They went to college together and competed with each other to be a better chef. Victor was always jealous of Leonard but it seems that Leonard was more the jealous one. Leonard is always smug, cocky, and always takes joy in watching Victor being jealous of him. In "Chef-Man and Raven", he and his teen daughter Julie (Shelley Buckner) competed against Victor and Raven on the cooking TV show "Captain Cook-off Challenge" while in "The Grill Next Door" he opened a knock off rival restaurant of Victor's next door called The Hill Grill, which almost put The Chill Grill out of business. Stanley (played by Bobbe' J. Thompson
Stanley is Eddie's next door neighbor and a pest to Raven, Eddie and Cory. He was originally brought in to be someone for Raven's next door neighbor, Sierra, to play with, but he was much more interested in Raven and Loca. He is always trying to get Raven to like him, but he has now left her alone after seeing her kissing Andre in "Mr. Perfect". He loves cheese sandwiches He competed with Chelsea for the paddleball world record. He appears in mostly the third and fourth season episodes such as "Mr. Perfect", "Sister Act", "When 6021 Met 4267", "Driving Miss Lazy", and " The Four Aces".
Sierra, played by Juliette Goglia
Sierra is Raven's next door neighbor and is known to bother her. She has a crush on Stanley. Although Raven finds her annoying, she's not nearly as annoying as Stanley. Sierra only appeared in two episodes - "Stark Raven Mad" and "Opportunity Shocks".
Sydney, played by Sydney Park
Sydney is a girl at the community center whose mentor is Raven. When she first met Raven, she embarrassed her by insulting her. When Raven found out that Sydney was a foster child, their friendship grew. She is an aspiring comedian and performed at Cory's "Bro-Mitzvah". Raven and Sydeny are now very close friends and even entered a Little Miss and Her Big Sis contest at the commmunity center. Even though Raven and Sydney are not actual sisters thay are often compared to sisters.
Donna Cabonna, played by Anne-Marie Johnson
Donna Cabonna is a world renowned fashion designer and Raven's boss. Her name is a parody of real-life designers Donna Karen and Dolce & Gabanna. She has a dog named Coco. In one episode in season four, she made Raven her brief personnal assistant due to the fact that Tiffany had to go on a business trip. This caused Devon to Break-up with Raven, but they re-united afterwards. Donna has a boyfriend named Teddy, who is much shorter than her.
Tiffany, played by Jodi Shilling
Tiffany is Donna's main assistiant and Raven's new nemesis. Ever since they met, Tiffany and Raven have never liked each other.
