Currently I am writing a PhD thesis on numerical acoustics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne. I suffer from a very disturbing curiosity and am currently considering applying for a new job as a scientific librarian. Fully aware that modern technologies - Wikipedia among them - will sooner and later totally redifine the concept of real-world library, I am passionate about the new challenges it will pose.

I currently live in Lausanne, Switzerland.
