State Highway 128 or SH 128 is a state highway that extends from New Mexico Highway 128 east of Jal, New Mexico, connecting with SH 115 about 20 miles southwest of Andrews. This highway was originally signed (but not officially designated) in 1955 concurrently with FM 781 "for guidance of the travelling public", as it corrseponded with NM 128. The highway was officially designated in 1990, cancelling FM 781.

SH 128 was originally designated by 1933 along a route from Alice east to Robstown, then northeast to Victoria. By 1939, these had been supplanted by U.S. Route 77 and SH 44.
