State Highway 110 or SH 110 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Texas that runs from Grand Saline to Rusk. The route was originally planned by 1933 to begin in Tyler and travel south. The plans had the highway splitting south of Troup, with the western section travelling to Rusk, while the east branch travelled to Caro. By 1939, both southern branches were completed, with the eastern branch renumbered as SH 204, while the northern terminus was extended to Grand Saline. In 1940, the highway was again extended northward to Alba, but this section was redesignated as FM 17.
