[edit] TMC needs some TLC

I've added a history section and put in some new material. I removed the "Location" section because I thought it was redundant. Need to add "Recent history" and perhaps "Current developments". Comments and suggestions appreciated. Thanks Postoak 05:36, 4 June 2006 (UTC)

I removed the "Eduction" section because I thought it didn't belong in the article. Please put it back if you think it needs to be there. Postoak 07:47, 4 June 2006 (UTC)
