[edit] Rhododendron vaseyi
Hi Teun - I'd got this from Huxley, New RHS Dictionary, which states in the key "stamens usually 7 (rarely fewer)" and in the species description "stamens (5-)7". A google search ["Rhododendron vaseyi" stamens] soon found plenty more refs to 5-7 stamens being the norm (and a useful identification feature) for the species (e.g. [1], [2]) - MPF 16:06, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Agincourt map
Hi, the Agincourt map is definitely helpful, but if I were to be picky... could you correct the spelling of "Crosbow" on the map to "Crossbow"? Thanks.

- You are right, stupid typ. I'd be delighted to correct this, but alas I donn't remember the font type. Changing one name would look very ugly. Also I no longer have the original, but everyone is of course free to download and modify it. I made it with MS paint, which comes "free" with WXP, nothing fancy. [edit] Tradescantia
Hi, just reverted you... they do in fact have yellow stamens.
(I try to leave a note when I revert people who I consider to be great editors). --SB_Johnny|talk|books 16:55, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
- OOps...now that I think of it, they have purple stamens, and yellow anthers... changing that now :).--SB_Johnny|talk|books 16:57, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] On Brya
It is possible to chime in by adding a comment section, although for arbitration, it's not often done by uninvolved members. If you do contribute, I suggest trying to keep it very brief and nonemotional. Take care. --Improv 04:05, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

Thank you very much, I didn't think about my privacy. Regards Berton 11:39, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Wikipedia:WikiProject Plants
Hi! As a member of the Wikipedia:WikiProject_Plants you might be interested in supporting the nomination of Cactus for Article Improvement Drive. IMHO there is an underrepresentation of plants among featured articles. This is our chance! If you agree, you can support the nomination at Wikipedia:Article_Creation_and_Improvement_Drive. --Chino 07:20, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
