Teruyuki Moniwa (茂庭 照幸 Moniwa Teruyuki?, born September 8, 1981) is a Japanese football player who, as of 2004 was playing for F.C. Tokyo. Prior to this the centre-back played for Division 2 side Bellmare Hiratsuka and was one of their best defenders, but was traded as the club needed the money.

He was a member of Japan at the 2004 Olympics and was a late entry in Japan's 2006 World Cup squad, called up after Makoto Tanaka was injured.
