Terence Fulham (born Liverpool, England, November 1, 1967) is a Traditionalist Roman Catholic bishop from Spring Hill, Tampa Bay, Florida, USA.

He was formerly a priest of the CMRI and a sedevacantist. However, in 1999, he abjured sedevacantism. He is known as an ardent advocate of Pope Benedict XVI, and, though himself still in an irregular situation (especially given his episcopal consecration), advocates the quick reconciliation of traditionalist Catholic clergymen with the Holy See.

He is a bishop consecrated by a converted bishop from the Carlos Duarte Costa line, however, without a papal mandate, as Fulham appeals to the "emergency and crisis situation" he says the Roman Catholic Church is in presently.

He serves some Florida chapels and has a growing apostolate.

In recent times, he has openly suggested, that the Society of St. Pius X regularize with the Vatican, and he openly proclaimed, that Benedict XVI was a restorer of the Church.

"The Most Rev. Terence Fulham was born in Liverpool, England on November 1st, 1967. Baptized an Anglican, he attended various English schools. After completing high school, Fulham attended the University of Liverpool, from which he received a Bachelor's degree in the French and Spanish languages in 1990.

In his later teenage years, he was called to what he believed was the Anglican ministry. He was accepted by the Liverpool Diocese after several years of discernment. It was around this time that he studied the theological differences of the Anglicanism and the Catholic Faith, and Fulham decided to become a Catholic. However after consulting with a Catholic priest who urged Fulham to update his theology according to the teachings of the Second Vatican Council, he was dismayed by the recent changes in the Church, and remained an Anglican. In 1988 he began to teach English. In late June of that year, he discovered that Catholic Tradition was still alive-as promoted by the Society of Saint Pius X, whose founder Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre had just consecrated 4 bishops against the will of John Paul II. Fulham then contacted Lefebvre, was subsequently conditionally baptized, and received into the Catholic Church, and entered the SSPX seminary in Winona, MN after completing University, where he received tonsure and the minor orders.

In 1993, unable to reconcile accepting the authority of a pope who hindered the traditional Roman Catholic faith, he entered the Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen (CMRI)'s seminary. He completed studies for the priesthood under the tutelage of the rector, Bishop Mark Pivarunas from whom he received the subdiaconate, and diaconate in 1995. He was ordained February 2nd, 1996 at Mt. St. Michael's, Spokane, WA. He returned to his native England in the summer, before moving to his Florida apostolate. During his European visit he travelled to Marian shrines, asking the Mother of God's intercession for his priestly ministry.

He has serviced no less than six traditional Catholic chapels and missions since 1996. Bishop Fulham renounced the sedevacantist position in 1998. Convinced that fidelity to the Church of all time and the sacramental life is absolutely essential, he was consecrated (or ordained) a bishop, on March 25, 2003 by Bishop John Simmons who derived his orders from the schismatic Duartes-Costa line.

Bishop Fulham now provides all of the sacraments, and heads an active parish in Tampa Bay, Fl. Our Lady of Fatima's website may be found at: www.olfatima.com, where an extensive history of the parish, pastors, and Bishop Fulham's column may be found."
