The 13,300-seat Stadium Court is the centerpiece of the Tennis Center at Crandon Park facility, home of the NASDAQ-100 Open since 1987. The NASDAQ-100 Open uses 12 courts in competition courts, plus six practice courts. The facility is also home to four European red clay, four American green clay courts and two grass courts.
The Tennis Center at Crandon Park is actually the third home of the NASDAQ-100 Open. It all started in Delray in 1985, moved to Boca Raton in 1986 before permanently settling in Miami in 1987. The Tennis Center is also home to the United States Tennis Association's player development program headquarters.
