Tennessee State Route 162

State Route 162, also known as the Pellissippi Parkway, is a south to north primary highway in Tennessee.
As of 2003, it was an 5.9-mile long route in Knox County; its southern terminus was with I-40 where I-140 begins, and its northern terminus was with Oak Ridge Highway.
As of 2005, the highway extension at the eastern end of I-140 in Blount County, Tennessee is signed as SR 162. Plans call to extend the highway east to U.S. Route 321 in Sevier County, Tennessee.
