The Tennessee Pioneers is a semi-pro football team started by Chris Carter. Chris is a native of Orangeburg, South Carolina. In High School Chris was a two time All-American, and listed in the Pepsi Top 100 players in the state of South Carolina. The Pioneers are based out of East Ridge, Tennessee.
