Tengil

Tengil is the fictional evil ruler of the land Nangijala in the book The Brothers Lionheart by Astrid Lindgren. His forces are called the Black Riders and bear the mark of Katla. Tengil seeks to rule all of the Nangijala paradise, but meets resistance from the citizens of the Cherry Valley. In the final battle Tengil is killed by the dragon Katla, who is led by Jonathan.
