TenderDirect is an Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Status company providing tender and procurement information, from the Malaysian Government and Government Linked Companies (GLC), to contractors and vendors who are registered with any or one of the following agencies:
- Contractor Services Center (PKK) under the Ministry of Entreprenual Development.
- Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) under the Ministry of Works.
- Ministry of Finance
- Telekom Berhad
- Tenaga Nasional
- Malaysia Airport Berhad
- Putrajaya Holdings
- Sabah Electricity Corporation
- Sarawak Electricity Corporation

TenderDirect was conceptualised in 1999 as a pilot project under the eGovernment Flagship program. The product was released in beta form in November 2000 and presented to the Government for consideration. On 31st December 2000, TenderDirect was awarded with the 'MSC Status'. On 26th January 2001, it was officially incorporated as a private limited company in Malaysia.
In April 2001, Dato Othman Abdul was invited to lead the company as Chairman. The Board currently comprise lumimaries from a wide spectrum of the industry including Datuk Bernard Wang, Tuan Hj Subuhi Sayuti, Ir. Rocky Wong, M. Manimohan, Larry Law, Nabil Kannan.
In May 2006, Tuan Haji Mudzar Mohamud was appointed Chief Executive Office.

Since November 2000, TenderDirect has been gathering, matching and distributing thousands of tenders and procurement opportunities daily and the tender respository currently contains more than 50,000 tenders with an addition of about 10,000 new tenders every year. These opportunities cover construction, infrastructure, energy, information technology, telecommunications, health, education among others, with projects ranging from RM100,000 to RM500 million each.
In addition to providing information through the portal, this information is syndicated to Bernama, The National News Agency of Malaysia for use in their Bernama Library Information System (BLIS) for use by Governement agencies, embassies and trade organisations
