Tendō, Yamagata

Tendō (天童市; -shi) is a city located in Yamagata, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 63,577 and the density of 562.58 persons per km². The total area is 113.01 km².

The city was founded on October 1, 1958.
