8-month old article by well-respected Wikipedian (User:Merovingian). VfD tag and link on VfD main page by anon. Article about probably one of the 4 best known pet food brands (at least here in the US--others would be Alpo, Friskies, and Purina animal name Chow). Keep. Niteowlneils 21:04, 30 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Also one of the first, if not the first pet foods in the "moist" pet food category. Niteowlneils 21:20, 30 Oct 2004 (UTC)
As far as cat food goes, extremely notable. Keep. -- Cyrius| 21:11, 30 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Anon is actually not-logged in user, me. Listed for deletion because it has no real pages linking to it. I could see how someone would make such a page when another article links to it, not on it self. --Dyss 21:14, 30 Oct 2004 (UTC)
No longer an orphan (tho' that's not an often used reason for deletion)--linked to from Ralston Purina Company. Niteowlneils 21:38, 30 Oct 2004 (UTC)
I should make it clear that, in general, I consider creating orphan articles to be not very productive--either start from a red-link (even if you have to create it somewhere appropriate), or add links to the new article immediately after it's created. Niteowlneils 21:44, 30 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep: I love this stuff with a little milk and a saltine. Yummy. Geogre 01:38, 31 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. I'd almost forgotten how to type that word... Fire Star 15:44, 31 Oct 2004 (UTC)
