Talk:TenderCrisp

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I undid the merge in order to keep the BK article from getting weighted down with info on individual products. I like merging, but only when it moves info from one article to another, not a simple redirect. Youngamerican 17:31, 2 August 2005 (UTC)

I don't have a problem with undoing the merge, but please consider re-removing the uninformative external link. Joyous (talk) 17:44, August 2, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Nationwide

I just removed the word "nationwide" from the sentence "The sandwich is promoted by a nationwide advertising campaign", since it didn't say which of the 50+ nations that Burger King operates in was meant. Without specifying that, it doesn't make any sense to include the word nationwide.

[edit] Sandiwich itself

Can someone actually talk about what the sandiwich is and not just the commercial?

It's the freaking tastiest thing ever... how do you translate that into NPOV? =) -- DocSigma 17:25, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
It is indeed. Try it with the sauce they put on the spicy tendercrisp sandwich instead of the ranch sauce. Youngamerican 18:43, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Discontinued?

I was at the BK in London's Piccadilly Circus, and I ordered a Tendercrisp Chicken, but was told they'd stopped selling them. Is this everywhere?--Richy 20:00, 2 February 2006 (UTC)

Not in the US. We can still get the Tendercrisp and the Spicy Tendercrisp. You might want to check other UK locations, although since that is one of the busier BKs in Britain, you might have to fly over here to get one. Youngamerican 20:04, 2 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lyrics

I added a lyrics section MacUsr 04:13, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

While they might be neat to have at hand, they are copywrited and not appropirate for a wikipedia article. The better thing to do would be to provide an external link to a page with the lyrics. youngamerican (talk) 23:52, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The Google Test is flawed.

I get frustrated by people using the Google 'test' as authoritative - if the web already knew it all there would be less need for Wikipedia! - Serapindal

Indeed. In fact a search for "tender crisp bacon cheddar ranch" will give a page on ytmnd as the 11th result. It's one below the 10th result, and therefore it is unimportant?

(I understand that may come off as an insult, but I merely want to express my belief that this "google test" is at least partially flawed)
