Delete. We don't need a fair-use template for drawings of highway markers from a specific site, and I don't think the images in question are fair-use: either they are ineligible for copyright, or a Wikipedian can make free-license replacements. Carnildo 21:13, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

I think they'd be ineligible for copyright. I'd make SVG replacements, but I don't have the specs. I need the specs for sign M1-I100 from the IDOT version of Standard Highway Signs. --SPUI (talk - don't use sorted stub templates!) 04:19, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

Comment: NO DeletionHey, Rich Carlson (N9JIG) is a police officer in a suburban Chicago village. He does have contacts with IDOT. He has been researching the Illinois highway numbering system for several years, and just recently spoke to the IDOT Traffic Engineers Conference in Champaign regarding his historical work. I helped him with his web page a coupel years ago - since I use to live in west central Illinois. Have issues or questions, ask Rich!

Feel free to use the sign images for the Wikpedia site. Please download the images to your server, as to limit the bandwidth strain on my server.

Keep at least until the JPEG shield images are superseded. There are articles and other images with source tags like this. There are, in theory, currently over 150 images that need this same source message. I agree that the text could (and should) be cleaned up to specify whether they are fair use images or are donated or are irrevocably under a Wikipedia-compatable license. Indeed, the need to clean this up is a good example of why the template is useful: otherwise, we'd have to go through 150 images and edit the information. This template could probably go away once the SVG images are ready, but not right now. --Closeapple 05:56, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

Has been replaced by Template:Airtd; now fully depopulated. Ingoolemo ^talk 02:28, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

Template:Civair nt, Template:Civair nd, and Template:Civair td also need to be deleted. All have been depopulated. (Replaced by Template:Airnt, Template:Airnd, and Template:Airtd, respectively).

And likewise Template:Experimental civil aircraft by decade2 (replaced by Template:Airtd)

And Template:Civair ntd (replaced by Template:Airntd)
