Tempest Anderson

Tempest Anderson (1846 - 1913) was an ophthalmic surgeon at York County Hospital in the United Kingdom. He was also an expert amateur photographer and vulcanologist. He witnessed the eruptions in the West Indies in 1902 and 1907.
