Tembi Locke is an American Actress.

One of Ms. Locke's earlier acting experiences was on the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" where she played a girl named Valerie who was a love interest for Will Smith's character.

Ms. Locke's was most recently cast to play Addie Townsend on NBC's Windfall.
