This appears to be under the same licensing conditions as PERL. Can someone confirm and provide a good link? Gronky 11:55, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

According to the README file, it's released under the same licence as Perl. (That's "Perl", not "PERL"!) Davorg 14:01, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
