Telopea Park School

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Telopea Park School is a primary and high school in Canberra, Australia, established in 1923. It is also known as the Lycée Franco-Australien de Canberra, for since 1984 it has been jointly administered by both the French and Australian governments. It is one of the oldest schools in Canberra, and is situated in one of the oldest suburbs in Canberra, Barton. The primary school offers a mandatory harmonised French-Australian system and the high-school is "streamed" with an Australian/French bifurcation allowing students to either pursue their primary French-influenced education or take advantage of a top-brass traditional ACT highschool education.
