Telford Garden

Telford Garden (德福花園) is a private housing estate located beside Kowloon Bay Station of MTR, Ngau Tau Kok, Hong Kong. It was the very first property project developed by MTR and the residential buildings were completed in around 1980 - 1981. There are a total of 23 residential blocks containing about 4,065 flats. The whole estate is above MTR Kowloon Bay Depot. Telford Plaza I (德福廣場), which had undergone substantial renovation in recent years, is the largest shopping mall in Ngau Tau Kok area. Telford Plaza II was a quite recent addition to Telford Plaza I and their exits face each other. Telford Plaza I has 2 levels while Telford Plaza II has 4.
The Telford Garden P block is situated right above Telford Plaza I and there are stairs leading up to the upper levels where the apartments are for convenient access to the shops.
The MTR Tower at the far end of Telford Plaza II is the headquarters of MTR Corporation. There used to be a police station next to the pickup/dropoff area but has sinced been moved. The Mini Bus Stop and Taxi Stands are right beneath Level 3 of Telford Plaza II and there are four carparks in Telford Garden. 2 for shoppers and 2 for residents.
