Teleperformance is a customer service, technical support, and sales call center outsourcing company.[1][2]Headquartered in Paris, France, Teleperformance has call centers worldwide in Argentina, India, the Philippines, Canada, Mexico, Norway, Italy and recently, Australia. It operates in 42 countries through a number of subsidiaries, including Teleperformance USA, Lion Teleservices, CTM Telemarketing, DirectStar and Techmar.

United Kingdom:
- The group has a presence in the UK in the form of MM Teleperformance, formerly MM Group which has :operational centres in Bristol, Bangor (NI), Birmingham and Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The company :consolidated its presence in Bristol in 2003, with the purchase of the failing Contact 24 brand.
- MM Teleperformance also has satellite insourced Operations (i.e. call centres based on clients' own :sites where they provide and manage the staff) in Swindon (for Intel) and Maple Cross, Herts (for :Renault). There are plans to open a second NI site in Newry, Co Down, which would attract significant :financial support from Invest NI.
