The Teladi were one of the last species to develop space travel technology and enter the X universe. They are a form of humanoid lizard. The Teladi race is driven by one thing. Profit. They are lead by Chairman Ceo. Native to the Teladi is the material 'Teladianium'. Teladianium is primarily used in the production of stations and can be bought at Teladianium Foundries and Teladi Trading Stations. The Teladi company is not a member of the Universe Transport Regulations group, so it is allowed to buy, sell, and consume Space Weed and Space Fuel in Teladi sectors without police intervention. The Teladi are a rather peaceful race, because if there was war, that would be bad for "profitsssssss". They would rather die than drop their cargo in a firefight, so forcing a surrender is no good. Seemingly between 30-40% of pirates in the X-Universe are of Teladi origin. The Bliss Place and the Dream Flower Farm are the two stations purchasable only in Teladi sectors that produce the end product of Space Weed. Teladi sectors are generally rich in minerals.
