[edit] Atbarah & Tekezé
The 1911 Encyclopedia Britannica infromation is confusing (as given in Geography of Ethiopia) and it's hard to tell which river is which. According to this map, the Tekezé appears to be the longer fork of the Atbarah River. Based on this I have changed Tekezé River from a redirect back to an article. I'm also not sure which of two rivers is called "Setit," as this label does not appear on the map. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 20:06, 26 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- It's barely visible, but this map shows the Tekezé labelled as the Setit. Thus far this is the only reference I can find that explains which river is the Setit, so I'm going by this one. I've updated both the Atbarah & Tekezé articles accordingly. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 06:35, 30 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Tekeze = Setit and both flow into atbara. There are other rivers too. Zyzzy 01:05, 25 Jun 2005 (UTC)Zyzzy
