Tegelen

Tegelen is a community in the Limburg province of the Netherlands. A municipality in its own right until 31 December 2000, it is now a district of Venlo. Tegelen takes its name from tegula, the Latin word for a roof tile, the locality having been known for its pottery kilns since Roman times.
