Released in 1994, Teenager of the Year was Frank Black's second solo album. It was produced by Eric Drew Feldman. Notable songs include "Ole Mulholland", about William Mulholland, the architect of the Los Angeles' Aqueduct and the St. Francis Dam, and "Big Red", about the terraforming of Mars.
