[edit] Game Boy Advance

The first Titans game was made for Nintendo's GBA. It features the five main characters on the show: Robin, Raven, Beast Boy, Starfire, and Cyborg. The bosses of the game are Gizmo, Jinx, Mammoth, and Brother Blood.

[edit] Story

Tired of the Titans defeating him, Brother Blood decides to make clones of them to do his bidding. The Titans must hunt down his students and get their DNA back.

[edit] Heroes

Each of the five members of the main team are playable.

Robin

Leader of the Titans, also the best close range fighter, but he lacks long-range attacks. He can also hack into computers to open doors.

Raven

The empath member of the team is mostly a long-range fighter. She can generate a shield for defensive move or passing through hazardous obstacles. Her telekinetic attack is the most powerful move in the game.

Beast Boy

The polar opposite of Raven, not just in personality. Though having a poor range of attack, he is the most agile of the Titans. He can also turn into a hawk, which can fit into small spaces as well as fly.

Starfire

Probably the most well rounded character in the game. She has good long-range attacks, but her punches are also strong. Her starbolts can short out power couplings, opening doors for her.

Cyborg

Like Starfire, he has good long-range and short-range attacks, but he has a very poor agility. He's the only Titan with a downward attack. It's not too useful for taking out enemies, but it can break holes in some floors.

[edit] Enemies

Some enemies come in multiple colors, in which they'll take the most damage from the Titan of the matching color:

  • Red=Robin
  • Violet=Raven
  • Green=Beast Boy
  • Orange=Starfire
  • Blue=Cyborg

Spider Drones

Any form of attack will disintegrate them, although the most common way is by stomping.

Flying Drones

They come in three kinds: grey, flashing, and red. While the grey ones can be destroyed at close range, the flashing and red ones explode upon contact.

H.I.V.E. Thugs

There come in different forms. Some of them will attack at close range, with several wearing heavier armors. Others will fire guns at the player either on foot or with jet-packs.

Clones

As of the beginning, the DNA of the Teen Titans were exploited by Gizmo to create copies of them. Acting as the mini-bosses throughout the game, they have extremely similar powers and moves to those of the real Titans.

[edit] Bosses

There are four bosses in the game. The first three bosses return together in the fifth stage.

Gizmo

Gizmo has two phases. The first phase consists of long-range attacks while flying and holograms to confuse the player. His second phase includes color-coordinated shields to protect him while throwing bombs.

Jinx

Jinx can send out curses in the form of energy bolts, which will reverse the player's controlling directions upon contact. She can also absorb health points from the player into her own. By firing an energy beam upward, she can cause several ceiling plates to fall randomly.

Mammoth

He attacks by punching the ground to send shockwaves, followed by hurling the boxes behind him. With Mammoth, there will be strong wind trying to push the player off the stage. He can only be hurt when stunned by his own attack.

Brother Blood

He is the final boss of the game. His attacks include psychic shockwaves, dashing attacks, energy sword, and paralyzing portals. The shockwaves will leave behind hazardous embers randomly, while the portals will stun the player's movement temporarely, enabling him to teleport to and slash at the player. In melee combat, he does not use his sword a lot; instead, he usually dashes toward the player in most circumstances.

[edit] Consoles

The second Teen Titans video game was for the Nintendo GameCube, Playstation 2, and Xbox. It also features the five main Titans from the animated series. The bosses include Plasmus, Mumbo, Jinx, Gizmo, Mammoth, Cinderblock, Overload, Ternion, and Slade.

[edit] Story

The Titans receive a video game in the mail, one that is starring them. When Cyborg and Beast Boy try to play it, they all get placed in the video game's world. They go through various levels as they try to figure out how to return home.

After the Titans fight off most of the villains, Slade reveals himself, making Robin suspect that he sent the video game to them. However, once the Titans catch Slade, they find that he's a program like everything else. The Master of Games then reveals himself as the mastermind behind all the bosses, but, after the Titans capture him, they find that he did not trap them in his world. In the end, the player is the "villain".
