Ted Hegre

Ted Hegre (1908-1984) was a grocery retailer in the 1940s who became a visionary and entrepreneur. Together with four other couples, he and his wife, Lucile created a missionary agency to train, send, and support 100 missionaries around the world. They also set up a ministry in Minneapolis which supported their endeavours through literature.
Ted Hegre died in Singapore, leaving behind his wife, two children, and a number of grandchildren.
