Technology and Culture is an academic journal founded in 1959. An official publication of the Society for the History of Technology and The Henry Ford, it is widely regarded as a premier publication in its field. It features scholarly essays intended engineers, historians, and practitioners of many other disciplines. In addition to the articles, each issue includes an extensive collection of reviews of books and museum exhibitions. Occasionally, the journal publishes thematic issues of narrower focus. The editor is Dr. John M. Staudenmaier, S.J. of Loyola Marymount University.
The journal is published quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Circulation is 2,534 and the average length of an issue is 256 pages.
