Talk:Technical University of Catalonia

[edit] English translation

Does anyone know why the institute's name is not translated more directly as "Polytechnical University of Catalonia" or the like, preserving the polytechnic[al] usage? ~ Dpr 02:43, 27 August 2005 (UTC)

As far as I know, a polytechnic is closer in Spain to "Formación Profesional". --surueña 11:42:37, 2005-08-27 (UTC)
