TIAA-CREF (UCI Team Code: TIA) is a US-based professional road bicycle racing team that competes in the America Continental Tour. It was created in 2004. Due to the disbandment of the Phonak cycling team, they have began a serious push to join the UCI ProTour. Their roster boasts mostly young riders, but they have former world champion Danny Pate as well.
