Team Polizei

Team Polizei is a very successful rally/underground racing team started by Alex Roy. The team has taken part in numerous Gumball and Bullrun rallies dressed in police uniforms, in their unique 'police' cars, including a highly modified BMW M5, Morgan Aero 8, Bentley GT and Renntech Mercedes CL600. The team is famed for its use of technology to evade arrest, the team also review equipment here and for Gizmodo and Jalopnik.
Alex Roy is also Executive Producer of 32 Hours 7 Minutes, a documentary about the 1980-1983 U.S. Express, the last and final successor race to the Cannonball Run. The 32:07 film will come out in 2007.
Alex Roy's memoir, tentatively called ("The Driver"), will be published by Harper Collins/Reganbooks in 2007. He is represented by the William Morris Agency.
