Teabagging

Teabagging is a term for the act of a man placing his genitals, specifically the scrotum, in the mouth of another person. The practice vaguely resembles dipping a tea bag into a cup of tea.

The practice can also extend to placing one's testicles in the eye sockets or nose of another which is also known as "masking" (often as a punishment for drunkeness, especially when unconscious).
