Well in the Māori world Te Aute is indeed prestigious, given the number of highly influential leaders it has produced, especially around the turn of the 20th century, including those listed in the alumni. Perhaps the hatchet men need to put away their tomahawks for a while. I have restored some information that another editor had cut as 'extra historical' - it was relevant, even if a source is lacking at the moment. Why cut it out when it could be verified Kahuroa 01:33, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
