I made that image using Swiss PDB viewer. I loaded a PDB file for the enzyme, displayed it as a ball-and-stick model and then exported the image. The substrates are from the same file, but with the protein hidden. Do you want something similar? TimVickers 21:08, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
