I would like to avoid having this article deleted because this company has not only been recognized repeatedly by Fortune 500 as one of the best places to work, but it also has a unique work culture based on the servant leadership model. I added reference information earlier to cite material, but please let me know if there is more I can do to avoid article deletion.
