Tbilisi Ilia Chavchavadze State University of Language and Culture is an educational institute located in Tbilisi, Georgia. It provides 4 year language degrees and 2 year qualifications. The school was founded in October 1, 1948. Languages include English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Georgian, Russian, Dutch, and Swedish.
