The photo depicts singer/guitarist Tav Falco onstage. The original photo has been cropped for upload at Wikimedia Commons by Bebop, known at Wikipedia English language edition as user Bebop. The image was originally created by photographer Lars Kuenzler, who must be credited when this photo is used by anyone.

This photo was originally submitted upon request to Wikipedia by Tav Falco's Panther Burns via email to Bebop as a band promo photo. In November 2006, Wikipedia contributor Bebop sought a free license permission and contacted by email photographer Lars Kuenzler, creator of the image, who verified that he releases this photo under a Creative Commons by SA 2.5 license now. I corresponded with Mr. Kuenzler using my Wikipedia name, Bebop. I created the Wikimedia Commons account later for uploading free licensed content upon the suggestion of an admin.

(Previously Tav Falco, band leader, who submitted the photo originally as a band promo photo to us, had thought the photographer had a different name, and photo tag information on a previous copy of this photo we have now replaced reflected his misunderstanding. We have now verified the correct photographer name and location with the photographer himself in direct email and obtained deliberate permission for this photo to be released under CC by SA 2.5 license.) Note: my username at Wikimedia Commons was briefly BebopUSA at the moment I uploaded this photo, but Wikipedia consolidated my name at Commons with the Bebop editing name I use at Wikipedia English encyclopedia after a request I sent to the changing username help desk, and the photo page now reflects this username.
