Tarquin McTavish

Tarquin McTavish is a character in the Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling.
As mentioned on J.K. Rowling's official web site as the "Wizard of the Month", was imprisoned for crimes against his muggle neighbor, who was discovered trapped inside McTavish's kettle. He was born in 1955.
