TargetFirst is an ad network (adsense clone) which originally was run by Tom Kuegler and Jim Busse. Within a few months however, the company began to falter and stopped paying publishers. After declineing to respond to e-mails, with the exception of several hostile replies, correspondence with the company stopped altogether following the disappearance of the companies website. Following their disappearance, Kuegler and Busse reportedly owed debts estimated as high as thousands of dollars to publishers from all over the world.
