With the exception of the bridge and high school that is a list of non-notable retail outlets. Service statons are found on even motorways such as the M4 and F3. Please - can we change this to a list of notable landmarks which can be identified from reading this list, ie if the McDonalds on Taren Pont Road is no different to any of the other ones in Sydney please take it off. If it is different - maybe say "a five story McDonalds with a 25 meter inflatable Ronald McDonald on the roof", or whatever. I know there is a "different" McDonalds on the Newcastle Link Road, but I'm guessing the one on Taren Point Road is no different to the one on Popondetta Road, or any other road. --Garrie 22:53, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

I have removed all the franchises. If you are going to add them back then please do so in such a way that we know which outlet it is other than saying McDonalds, Taren Point Road - why is it a landmark, what is it indicating the location of, or something.Garrie 21:46, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
